Problems with the Software
Hi, I've a huge problem with Capture One 5.2.1. I was working my images and then, suddenly all the pictures turn black and white and when I open a new picture, that picture turns black and white too. Everything in the left panel seems to be in order, so I uninstall Capture One and then I re-install it, but it doesn't work 😕
What can I do? Help me please!

Create a support case and give us some files, screenshots and details about your system.
The only thing I can speculate, which I hope you don't take to heart, is that the RAW files are corrupt. Sometimes when the embedded thumbnail is fine but the overall file is corrupt, the image thumbnail will look good but when the RAW is read it turns Black. The file turning black signifies that it can't be read but again, it's pure speculation and we would need a RAW to verify for you.
*also, if you zoom in 100% is everything still black or do you see "corruption"?0 -
If I understand the OP's post properly, image turn Black & White (like a Tri-X for the elderly among us 😉 ). How about older images. Still fine? When you copy/paste adjustments of an older image to a new B&W image? 0 -
Do you have a style applied and "Copy From Last" set up in Next Capture Adjustments? 0 -
The problem occurs to every single image I open with Capture One 5 (is not the Pro version), even JPEG's and TIFF's. Could be that "Copy From Last" is set, but I can't find were is it to unable it ☹️ 0 -

Hi. I was doing some screenshots to send to the people of Phase One when I saw that in the Output tab the ICC Profile was set to Phase One Gray G2.0 by mistake and when I change it to sRGB everything turns to color again 😄
