Had to reinstate NVIDIA driver to get C1 11.x to use OpenCL
Windows 10 64 Bit CaptureOne 11.2.1.31 64 Bit (8c398fe) - Nvidia GTX 750Ti [EVGA] +2GB
I realised that OpenCL was not being used fairly recently having been working on V10 and previously on earlier V11 version. At Nvidia's suggestion I reinstalled an old version of their driver [388.71] and OpenCL is working again. Can anyone shed any light on why this may have happened.
As an alternate test before reinstalling the older driver I tested the OpenCL setting in DXO Photolab (which I still keep on my machine] and OpenCL functionality would not turn on either. However after going back to the 388.71 driver DXO was happy to switch on OpenCL. This is why I addressed my problem to Nvidia however they suggested the following:-
Having checked this further the graphics card is capable of handling both the application well and the issue that you are experiencing with the new driver may be that the latest driver may not have the optimization added for the application or the settings is not right.
Just as a part of troubleshooting I would request you to contact the application developer support to check for a suitable settings with the latest driver of NVIDIA to use Open GL.
Rather than being stuck forever on an old driver can anyone suggest a way to solve this please?

Please try and delete the files located here: C:\ProgramData\Phase One\Capture One\ImageCore
Then relaunch CO, and let it rebuild the kernels.
Test-Manager, Capture One, Phase One A/S0 -
Yes that solved my problem. 0
