Sharpening

Hi all. I'm a little confused about the sharpening process in Capture One.
There is a sharpening section in a module (amount/radius/threshold/halo etc).
But there is also in the processing recipe ANOTHER sharpening section under adjustments (sharpen for screen/print etc).
So when I process the image are BOTH of this sharpening applied or if not which one?
It's a bit confusing!

  Input and output sharpening. The Sharpening tool in the details tool tab sharpens the full sized raw image before it is processed out. The sharpening tool in the process recipe adjustments tab sharpens the image after it has been processed out, enable recipe proofing to see the effect of this sharpening as well as all of the other process recipe settings, such as resizing.
