Hide All Panels then Show Them Again

Is there a way to hide all the panels at once then show them again?

  You can hide separately the tools and the browser. (Though I usually work without the browser showing when I am using the viewer to edit an image.) To hide or show the tools on a Mac is Cmd-T and on Windows is Ctrl-T. B instead of T for the browser.
