Wacom tablet issues

Wondered if anyone else is having issues when using a Wacom tablet with CO? I find that the slider bars are very 'sticky' with the tablet, while they are fine with a mouse. Also, I'm not experiencing these issues with other applications such as LR and PS. I have updated the Wacom driver and it did improve, but quickly resorted back. Not sure what to do now as it's not very quick to keep swapping over to the mouse every time I need to use the slider controls.
