Broken Links Between Macs and and PCs
Hi,
Has anyone run into this issue where a PC user saves a Media Pro catalog on a windows server and then a Mac user has to manually recreate links to the various images in the catalog because they appear to be broken?

When using Media Pro in a server environment like this I've had to create two catalogs: one for PC users and one for Mac users. The easiest way for me was to:- Create Windows version
- Update the (top level) folder path
- Copy catalog to Mac
- Open on Mac and again update folder paths
- You want users to download and open the catalog on their workstation so...
- Compress the catalogs in a zip package
- Make the server folder containing the catalogs read-only
