Any chance of getting support for tethering D810 in 7.2.?

  v8 added support for the D810.
  
  Baring any critical bugs I would strongly suspect there will not be another release of Capture One v7.
  
  So no, if you want tethered support for the D810 you'll want to upgrade to v8.
