Phaseone opens the wrong project.

When I try to open a project I've been working on, the software opens a completely different project. Could start again, but I hate to lose all that work. Any thoughts?

  Could you be more specific? In Capture One, you can open a session or a catalog. Are you opening from CO8 or from Finder (double clicking on session or catalog).
