Previews with 20D tethered shooting
I just tried my first tethered shoot with my 20D and Capture One Pro 3.7.4 and it went beautifully, except for the fact that I wasn't able to figure out how to get the previews to generate automatically. All thumbnails and images had that pre-preview green tone to them and I had to adjust the white balance against my WhiBal reference shot as I went. Any way to have the previews and images refresh automatically as I shoot?

Galen,
One of the big advantages of tethering directly into Capture One, is the ability to capture target/WhiBal on 1st image, establish a good white balance; and then click camera icon at White Balance tab
Set as Capture White Balance
Now all arriving image captures will take on this WB.
* avoid using an Auto setting. You will get more consistent K values and results with an in-camera pre-set, i.e. Daylight, or Flash
Tethered Workflow:
>Launch Capture One
>Create New Session
>Set as Capture Collection
> Capture a true gray target
> Check exposure histogram and establish WB
>Set as Capture WB
>And images arriving will generate Thumbnails and Previews, with Previews refreshing
Once you quit Session, adding another New one, the Thumbnails will be created but the Preview stays on the 1st one. This has been reported to R&D.
Workaround is to close and relaunch Capture One if a New Session is needed.
If photo session is same lighting conditions etc., then changing subject/client name in the Next Capture Name window may be another option for you.
This way, all images are within 1 Session, Previews refresh, and the filename is specific to subject/client.
Hope this helps out.

Keith,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll give that a "shot". 😂
