Focus Mask icon not showing up

Just updated from v9 to 11. The focus mask icon isn't where it was in 9 for some reason. It's a tool I use all the time and the only why I can seem to access it is through View - Show Focus mask. How can I get the icon back up on my tool bar, top left?

  Right click on the toolbar then select the pop-up Customise toolbar message that appears. Drag and drop the icon from the panel that appears to your preferred spot, then click Done.
