moire after exporting

I have a pic with a lot of moire in it and after removing it with the moire tool, very thing look fine. but on the exported pic the moire is back, it look like the tool didn't do anything. it also happens when i use edit with photoshop.
who to I apply the filter on export I cannot yous the pic and I need it.

  I had the same problem once.
  
  But the solution was very simple. I had selected in the process recipe under sharpening "output sharpening for screen". In combination with the output resolution that was way too much. I deselected the output sharpening and the results concerning moire have been the same, comparing the jpeg and the viewer.
  
  But, if you have the problem when editing the full-size image with photoshop directly out of C1 (edit with), then Christian's suggestion is the way to go.
