Associate script with process recipe?

Hello

I am new to scripting and am curious to know whether scripts can be associated with a process recipe so that I can, for example, automatically insert the filename in Title on import or output processing? I see that one can be triggered after Capture...

  Capture One allows you to decalse a "Process Done" script, but there is no such thing for Importing.
  
  But there is nothing to prevent you from writing a script that you trigger manually, and write in such a way that it checks if any particular image that you feed it has already been "done"
