Instaling CO7 on new machine

Hi
I think this may be a silly question but how do I install CO7 on a brand new 64 bit machine. I am going to purchase my upgrade at the special price but will this load on a new clean machine that has not had a previous version CO6 installed on it. I realise I will have to deactivate my CO6 version on my old 32 bit machine.
Any help more than welcome.

  All instaled and working. Purchased my upgrade loaded it on new clean machine activated it no roblems.
