How do I keep dimension size when locking crop

I just converted from CaptureOne 2.7 to 3.1.2...

In 2.7 I was able to constrain the dimension size when I locked the crop and dragged the crop out. In other words the dimsions stayed the same.

In 3.1.2 when I set my dimensions and lock crop the dimensions change when I pull out the crop. (Proportions stay but dimentions change)

Any answers?

  I found the answer...I do not knw why the developers made it so much more difficult.
