How to Update to 4.1

    An update as from CO 4.0.1 to 4.1.1 does retain your activation. You can either install 4.1.1 on top or first de-install the existing installation. See the release notes for details.

    I have problems with P1, and advice from the help desk was to do just what you are doing, ie update to 4.1.1 After installing it asks me for an activation code I don't have! Currently awaiting to hear back from help desk.
    I'm very tempted to dump P1 altogether, to be honest, I'm having nothing but problems, everything taking an absolute age to open, and frequently "not responding!. I'm about to give up on it! ☹️

    Does the new version just update the existing software or create another usable program? Is there a page on the P1 site that explains the differences between the versions?

    I have the same problem.

    I've updated to 4.1 (had 4.01 before) and it's now asking for my license code. I enter the one I have registered to me and the activate button greys out instantly.

    Ian, open a support case from the Phase One web site if you have activation problems.
