Nice new tools but still disappointed

I appreciate the new features of v11 but I'm rather upset by the fact that 2 problems that have been widely discussed during the past years have been (again) totally ignored :

- The UI remains inadequate for a dual display configuration. We are still unable to easily move the tool palettes to the secondary display while keeping the image viewer on the main display. The only possible workaround is to open the "large viewer" window, keep it full screen on the main display (which is usually the "quality" display), move the main window to the secondary display and close the viewer in the main window. This layout induces some irritating drawbacks, though. This problem is specific to Windows, apparently.

- Still no external editors management tool. Even simple freeware image viewers can do that. Many requests for a decent external editors manager have been posted here since years and... nothing. When using "Edit with...", you still have no way to define a parameter preset applying to a given external application. This is just ridiculous and certainly not professional.

At this price level, this is very irritating, to say the least.
