mask keyword

[M] allows to show the mask always, or never. Is it a way, with a keyword, to show it when we draw it? I did'nt find that possibility.

No unfortunately, you cannot change mask behaviour, but it is nice feature request.

Yep, you can tick "Only display mask when drawing" in the Brush tool selector drop down
