black and white on capture one for windows

Anybody knows how to process an image in phase one in black and white. On Mac Version I could select color saturation but not on WIN.

  Choice is to set Convert to Generic Grayscale at the Process tab.
  
  If you want an RGB B&W image, then using version 3.7.4 you will have the selections of:
  Phase One Effects - B&W, B&W Panchromatic, B&W Yellow Filter
  
  These are set in Color Management > Camera Profile:
  
  You should see an astounding difference in B&W created in this method than from desaturation.

  I can find none of your proposed profiles ind color Management Settings. Just a grayscale 1.8 and a 2.2 gamma. got 3.7.4 running.

  I have found the Phase One Effects profile much higher up in the list and it is working very well.
