C1 config changes after every upgrade

Why do I have to reset all my tabs and the associated features after every upgrade? Even when I keep two version I still have issues.

  You probably find that what you see on an upgrade is the new default workspace. But if you have saved your workspace hope you liked it, you can reload that after the upgrade. (BUT... it may be worth taking a little time to set up a new personalised workspace after an upgrade, because you may want it to be different from what it was to take account of new features and tools.)

  As they're different applications, they'll have different preference plist files which control the "state" of the Capture One app; tool location, preference settings, enabled recipes, etc.
