Now I get an ERROR! when trying to create a support case
I have been having problems getting C4 for Windows to run on my Pentium IV machine. I tried to create support cases several times but never heard from PO. (See another thread on this frustration...) I thought perhaps my cases were perhaps not being created at all, so sure enough, when I went to view my cases, there was nothing listed. For the last several days, I have tried to send new case reports to PO.
The trouble is, whenever I complete the first part of the form (operating system, software version, camera make, etc., and then click the next button, I always get the following error message:
Error !
The error has been logged and System Administrator has been notified.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
So now I am stuck. The software would work, and I can't file a case report. Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone suggest a different approach to get help from PhaseOne?

Try a couple of times, I got the same error- it worked eventually... 😕
