Weird C1 v3.7.3 Problems
Just loaded the new version on a Dell w/Windows XP Pro SP2 w/1GB ram and without the camera connected, it starts up fine. As soon as I connect the camera the software recognizes the back and then instantly I begin getting a C1 Error Message that states The Parameter is Incorrect\" and a constant beeping. The only wany I can stop it is if I disconnect the camera. Clicking on the OK button doesn't do a thing. I then have to use the Task Manager to shut down C1.
If I have the camera connected before starting the software, it does the same thing.
I'm trying to use this version with a LightPhase back, which the software is suppose to be compatable with.
Any ideas what the problem is and how to correct it? Or, should I go back to v3.6, which is the last version I didn't have any problems with?

Ralph,
You should check the Device Manager and be sure the Phase One drivers have not been disabled by SP II.
If they have been, see Knowledge Base Article # 1696

Keith,
Thanks for your quick reply. Do to today's schedule I will not be able to follow your suggestions thoroughly till next week.
I have uninstalled 3.7.3 and reinstalled v3.6 and all is fine again.
A question though. Having done this, and all is well, can this still be a SP2 Windows PhaseOne driver problem?0
