Are you running the wacom latest drivers?

If so, and you still have issues, please contact our Support-team.

I'm running an Intuos 3 on Win10 with 6.3.11w3 driver (took me a few attempts to find the right driver for Win10 that wouldn't screw around inside Photoshop - i had all kinds of headaches when I switched to to 10 from 7)

    No troubles with C1 😊

I'm running the latest version of C1, Win7 64bit and the driver for Intuos 3 is the latest from Wacom's website. Driver ver. is 6.3.15-3.
When C1 first time crashed, I did sent that automatic crash report to the support team.
I did contact today the support team, case number: 257558

The latest dirver isn't always the best when it comes to Wacom..

I have tried with three different versions of the driver: 6.3.15-13, 6.3.11-4 and 6.3.11w3. None of those works for me.

Have you tried uninstalling C1 and re-installing?

Not yet. First time I tried it with C1 ver. 10.1.1 and when this combination failed, I updated C1 to ver. 10.1.2. After that I tried those diferent drivers. Maybe I have to try that re-installing...

It's alive!!! My Win7 needed the very latest updates. There was two updates, KB4025341 and KB4032113, which I installed and after that C1 started normally when Intuos was connected.
