Stacking individual color adjustments?

As long as the local adjustments lack white balance the color editor is the only way of getting different colors in masked areas. However the hue correction slider has only a limited range. I like to shift the hue further. Is there a way to stack individual color adjustments in order to achieve that?

  Yes.
  
  After you have applied the hue rotation, pick the resulting color again with the eye dropper and apply hue rotation. And again, and again.
