Round trip to Affinity - ignore crop doesn't work
I used "Edit with..." Affinity Photo to take an image to Affinity as a TIFF so that I could clone something out. In the Adjustments tab of the dialog box, I selected Ignore crop, rather than Respect crop, but the TIFF that was generated was still based on the cropped image, not the uncropped one. Is this a bug that I should report, or am I missing something I should be doing?

I've got the same problem with Photoshop CC2019 on macOS Mojave. It doesn't matter if you edit with... as .TIFF or .PSD 0 -

Was the crop your crop or a lens correction crop?
Also, nothing to do with aspect ratio in a recipe?

It was my crop. I'd actually cropped a landscape format image into a portrait format, so quite a substantial crop, but I had intended to work on the whole image in Affinity so as to clone out something that was partly inside and partly outside the crop. And not to do with the recipe, I think.

I am using Mojave and experiencing a similar problem with Round Trip to Affinity Photo. I have "Respect Crop" selected in C1, however when the image returns from AP, it has a slight crop applied. I did not know the cause of the problem. But, since you guys are experiencing the same issue with both PS and AP, we can assume that it isn't AP. So, that leaves C1 and/or Mojave. Thoughts??? 0 -
I have Mojave on my MacBook Pro, but only High Sierra on my iMac (too old to run Mojave!). I haven't tested whether the same thing happens on both. I'll check.

I just found this post from Alex-on-Raw:
You might notice that sometimes Capture One applies hidden cropping to your images.
It becomes evident when you're selecting crop tool for the first time, but your image appears to be slightly framed already.
The reason for this matter is not the Crop tool, but the Lens Correction settings. The point is that by default Capture One applies basic distortion correction where it might be needed.
And here is the thing - these cropped areas are just a result of the Distortion correction!
If you don't like it and you would like to have full control over your images you can easily turn this feature off. Just click the "..." icon and chose "Disable Default Lens Correction".0 -

Yes I know about that but this is a crop I applied.
