Corrupted Session

No idea how this happened (yes I'm backed up but still...) -- I imported today's shoot, worked on the files, did all my adjustments, ratings etc. I exported a few to work on in Alien Skin, all was well, I closed CO normally. I went to reopen the session and got all the "?" on the images. It shows the db as 2.6mb. I am currently reimporting them to a new session from the backups of the NEFs but SOOOOO annoyed that a whole evening's work on this shoot is down the drain. Over 400 images to go thru AGAIN. I want my Capture One 8 back! Is there anything other than the totally useless Verify?

    Can't tell what happened. Sounds like the path to the images changed somehow.

    But when using sessions, you can simply open the image folder in a new session. All adjustments will be there, nothing lost. They are stored in a subfolder called 'Capture One' within your image folder. You can copy or move that image folder, including the subfolder in it, and it will still be fine in another session.

    Catalogs are a different story. You can lose work when they're broken.
