Viewing Cap One 4 on iMac
Hi
Hope somebody can help, purchased Cap one V 4.0 but when loading on my i Mac 24 inch screen on the adjustments page (one with curves at the bottom) this is cut off and I cannot see the whole of the screen i.e. about two inches is missing. Tried changing screen resolution and the only on that works is 1920 x 1200 which is a bit small and the need to keep resizing is a bit off.
There is probably a simple answer or I am missing something, help would really be appreciated.

Sorry to ask this.. 🙄 To use Mac is new for you or is this really a problem with C1? Just, I want to check if you don't have a problem simply to applied the good size of window. And, yes the only valid screen definition is 1920X1200 with this computer. 0 -
Les,
Your 24" iMac has a 1920x1200 screen resolution. That is more than sufficient for CO4 to see all the tools including the curves tool. You might want to maximise the CO4 window with the green dot in the upper left corner.
In case you don't like the native 1920x1200 resolution but switch to a lower value (1680x1050 for example) it still should not be a problem to see and use all tools.0 -
Thanks for your help so it looks like the 1920 x 1200 then as there is no 1680 x 1050 on my mac, just in the user guide it mentions 1280 x 800 resolution, any further advise would be welcome as previously using Lightroom I did not have this problem

With an iMac 24 you need to use a 1920X1200. All the other adjustments will not make it possible to visualize the images well to apply a good USM at 100%. If you cannot regulate the window with the green button it's necessary to draw on the angle in bottom on the right from the window. Lightroom, is not C1 about quality of Tiff.. 😎 0 -

I'm using a MacBook with only 1280x800 and having the same problem - not able to see the curve tool since...
Green dot don't work for me too. Help please thanks.0 -
This (minimum screen resolution) is a known problem for some users and has been discussed here several times. In short, the release notes state that 1280x800 is minimal required. However, to use the curve tool you need at least 850 pixels and hide the toolbar too.
A future (Pro?) version might have floating tool windows to solve this.0 -
Thought it was only me, at least I am not on my own then
