Failure to process
Hi. I am shooting tethered with a Contax 645 and P25 back into a MacBook Pro 10.5.6 202GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. I just upgraded to C1 5 Pro from C1 pro 3.7.9. I have no trouble capturing, but it will not process, in the queue, I get question marks. Occasionally, if I empty the queue, clear the history, and restart, it may process a capture (IIQ though I tried capturing as a TIF, and had the same problem) or two. I do not have this problem when shooting tethered to the Imac. If I network to the MacBook and process using the Imac, the files process just fine. Any words of wisdom? Thanks!

Maybe it is an issue similar to discussed here:

The MacBook Pro captures fine. The software makes any adjustments normally. It just won't process the files, so I doubt it is an issue with the power to the back. Likewise, when I network to the laptop through the IMac, the processed files are just fine. I am wondering if there is a bug in the software that is preventing the MacBook Pro from processing the .IIQs, or perhaps (hopefully) a preference or setting I have set incorrectly... 0 -
Lynnette,
In all likelihood it is just a directory issue with the Capture Folder or Output Folder.
-Put your RAW's on the Local Drive and process to the same folder. If the issue persists create a support case
Also, you might want to update to 10.5.80 -
No, it's not a directory issue. I am shooting tethered with a designated capture folder and output folder. It will infrequently (rarely) process a raw file. I will submit a support case. Thanks for your time 0
