JPEG file sizes?
I'm a Canon 1D Mark II user, and I shoot in RAW. Now I'm a new C1Pro user (Mac) and I love it. I'd like to use it to generate web-resolution JPEG files for my website. Of course, the resulting files are beautiful...way better than any tool I've used before.
But the JPEG file sizes are HUGE. If I export JPEG Medium quality in a 300x200 pixel image, the resulting file size is almost 200Kb.
I suspect C1 is including an EXIF preview image or something, but I can't find a way to minimuze this file size.
Any ideas? Thank you!

If you are going to use it for website make sure dpi is not higher then 72dpi (which is screen resolution)
A 1D-MkII jpeg medium, High quality devlopment, 72dpi, 300x200px.
The file size will be 11.8kb0 -
thank you for the quick reply...that was it! 0
