Go to the batch tab. If you click the stop button at the bottom, the queue stops. You can select all or some of the items in the queue and delete them by pressing backspace for instance.

Oh, and Phase One is situated in Denmark.

i dont see a "batch" tab. do you mean the Process tab? the lowest thing on that tab is the Process button, there is no Stop button below it. The literature mentions a Stop button but doesn't show a picture of where it is.

The three tabs on the Process button are
    Process Recipe
    Output Naming
    Process Summary.

it doesnt show a vertical list of the files being processed like in the Help illustration, just a progress bar of the processing.

Wait, just to the right of the Process button is a space and a funny box. apparently if you move the window seperation bar of the thumbnails that are on the right, too far to the left, it makes the buttons DISAPPEAR! Dont they know how to make a program easy to use? The buttons dont cascade on to the next line or show up somewhere else, they just disappear making that functionality invisible to the user. Isn't that pretty dumb? Not only that, the little box that supposedly shows there are more icons to the right, is just a slash mark that has no visual significance. This software was released before it was ready.

The funny box is a chevron, which is standard in pretty much any operating system, indicating that more buttons etc are available and will also show if you size any toolbar so it only show some of its buttons. And yes, if you drag the divider between the tools and the browser/viewer, you can decide how much space to use for tools/tab icons.

no, its not a chevron, its 2 little boxes on top of each other occupying the same space as a menu icon. the bottom box has a horizontal line at the top and an angular line at the bottom, it is not readable as anything meaningful. I would post a screen grab but the FAQ button at the top of the Forum page goes to the Phase One FAQ, not the Forum FAQ where it would explain how to post an image.

Try opening Word and resize a toolbar, I think you'll se the exact same icon, like it or not. I think it's a standard Windows control.

whatever it is it is unreadable as a re-size button, it doesn't stand out by color or shape as in other programs, it doesnt read as a button itself. a simple arrow would do. the bottom left part of the "chevron" is missing, making it an incomplete and disjointed triangle.
