Filtering 1x1

Is it possible to make filter by proportion, like 1x1.
The are in different hight and with 5x5 cm, 32x32 cm, etc so I can use smart album with Height and Width

  Not as far as I know unless you use a keyword or an otherwise unused IPTC data field to identify the ratios.
  
  If you want the cropped ratio based on Dimensions it would currently need to be picked from the finished Output files.
  
  Maybe raise a Support Request for an enhancement and see if that would gain support?
