XMP from Lightroom
Hello
I'm trying your Media pro et CO software before buy it.
Meanwhile I don't understand why it doesn't show my files with the .xpm corrections done with lightroom.
Also I would like to know, if I can I proceed to open the file from mediapro to captureone with one click.
It doesn't seems to work here.
Is that because they both a trial version? Best regards
Laurent

You mean the adjustments to the raw file like exposure, white balance, etc,? That's because Media Pro has no raw decoding engine. Naturally it can optionally use Capture One as a decoder to show its rendering.
If you want to see Adobe Camera Raw adjustments in Media Pro you'll need to use DNG. Adobe lets you update the embedded preview that Media Pro diplays. The same would work if you use Nikon Capture to edit and update the NEF previews.
However if you're referring to metadata like IPTC XMP then yes Media Pro can read modifications saved in Lightroom and synced in Media Pro. iView MediaPro, the predecessor to Media Pro, was one of the first apps to offer roundtrip XMP metadata support.0 -
