Lens correction not available

Processing 1DX files I can't get Lens correction to work.
I haven't got disable ticked and all the menu options are greyed out.
Lenses are Canon 24-70 mk2 and 70-200 mk2, how can I get it working?

  Hi Edward,
  
  Can you check the raw format? Look in Metadata tool > Basic section > Format. When it reads RAW, lens correction should work. When it reads mRAW or sRAW, it does not work and is grayed out.
