Image Previews Not Resolving

I have had this problem before; Images not resolving. This seems to happen when the rotate tool or the keystone tool are used. In the past I would delete the cache folder and restart the program to fix. This is not fixing the issue.

Help please 😭 I cannot finish my job.

  I gave up and un-installed and re-installed...
