Repair layers randomly changed to clone layers
I cannot express how annoying this is. Please fix this bug!!!
Many of my repair layers are randomly being changed to clone layers. This is extremely difficult to catch on export without studying carefully each and every photo. I am a wedding/portrait photographer sometimes exporting 1000 images at a time. I don't have time to painstakingly go through each one of them checking to see if Capture One decided to change my repair layer to a clone layer on its own.
This might be what pushes me over the edge to go back to LIghtroom. It's unacceptable and has been going on for several weeks now.

I think the best way to find a solution is to put a case at the support team.
They can help you in many ways, and in a little time.

A clone layer is one type of repair layer. (Heal layers being the other.) Do you mean that heal layers are being changed to clone layers?

Supporting this. Encountering the same bug since version 12. Only way I found is to add another heal layer on top of all, because the bug only happens on top layer.
Really annoying, I just had to double check more than 1000 images on which I had to remove needles for a fashion shoot.

This nasty bug is still present in build 12.1.1.7. Please fix this ASAP. It's horribly annoying. 0 -

This being a User to User forum not an official support forum you really need to contact the C1 support team using a Support Case.
Meanwhile, out of interest and a desire to see if I can replicate the problem, could you provide some indication about what sort of layers you create (i.e. what sort of specific adjustments, if any, beyond the clone or heal?) and the order that they appear in the layers list?
What happens if you change the order of the layers?0
