Hmm its work here without any problems.
I have set the time to update on 5 Minutes. Is the time "every minute" that problem?

    Hi,

maybe it's a misunderstanding. What do you mean with "update"?.
    - Update because there are a new files in your folder?
    - Update the Thumbnail because you have a image changed with C1?

    Or something else?

Just so every body is clear, when I say 'update' I'm talking about a new file in the folder not being updated so you can see it in the catalog thumbnail view. The current options are "update every minute" or "update every 5 minutes".

Also to be clear, I'm NOT using in conjunction with Capture One. I'm saving a file that I've worked on in Photoshop to a folder of images which has been ingested to Media Pro SE.

Update: The files finally (eventually) show up in the catalog, but there is no consistency as to when it will make it's appearance. Last night, one file took 35 minutes to show up...sometimes only 15 minutes, but never 1 or 5 minutes as per settings.

OK I will try it by me with other files as RAW.
Only for clarity - your files (*.psd) are closed and no more in use by Photoshop or other Application?

Yes, files are closed (I save as TIFF) and move on to the next photo to edit.
I was working last night and a file took 45 minutes to finally appear after save.

Hi, can you give some details about where the files are stored, locally or external, and do you have other programs using Finder or the folders at the same time?

I have the files on an internal hard drive.
No other programs using finder or the folders at the same time.
