Noise Reduction does not look better though (for high ISO dSLR files)

The keystone adjustment is amazing! I have been in need for that for a while, and it works very nicely indeed!

I am using the 64 bit version. It seems significantly more responsive than version 5. I wonder if that is because of being 64 bit, or because it has been coded better?

Where has the skin tone adjustment gone?

There are several performance improvements under the hood I believe. The viewer redraw/refresh looks much improved. Check whether OpenCL is available for your hardware or already running in the background.

Integrated into the White Balance tool, Skin Tone tab.

It's no better (nor is the basic demosaicing) for Canon 7D files either.

What an utterly disappointing anti-climax - and it'll cost me money for this (non) upgrade too: there's not a single improvement in "Express" that's worth a penny to me.
