How do I update

I'm confused. It must be easy but I can't work it out. Capture One tells me there is a new update (C1Pro Sony 12.02-12.03) when i click the update it is just an external link to the capture one homepage.

  On the home page you can navigate to the downloads page and just download and install the software. There is no "update download" - it is the complete new version of the app. Which version will run on your computer depends on your licence - if you are already running C1 Pro for Sony, then when you install the newest version it should continue to run in that mode.
