Inadvertently purchased twice
Hi - I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction. I was paying by credit card for Media Pro and got the message the server timed out. So I re-entered my information and now I find I have purchased Media Pro twice. I am trying to find somewhere to contact Phase One. Tried the Support page but this seems to be only for technical problems. Does anyone know how to contact Phase One?

Jim is right, create a support case and we will forward it to the sales department. They will refund the second purchase. 0
