installed C1v4PRO - cant view E3 raw files or edit C1 raw
I had C1 v4 and was told I could upgrade to v4PRO for free. I uninstalled the old version and dowloaded the new version. I used the clean up utility when uninstalling. When i installed the new program, no reference was made to PRO and no options were made available... and when i started the program it was I was unable to view E3 raw files and C1 files can only be viewed not edited. The layout also looks the same as the previous version, none of the new features are even greyed out, they are not there.
So its seems I have C1 v4 basic version, which is a step back from what I had!!
I set up a support case, but this is urgent as I have a client coming round in 3-4 hours to help with editing and if I can get a quick response from another C1 user first that would be great!

Regarding the Standard versus Pro version: What license do you have? If you do not have a Pro license (either 3.x Pro or 4.x Pro) you won't have CO 4 Pro for free. If you run CO 4.5 Standard but have a Pro license, deactivate the installation from within the application and activate as Pro.
Regarding E3 files: is that Olympus E-3? Should be possible to view. Please explain what appears (any message?).
Regarding C1 files can only be viewed not edited: no idea what C1 files are.0
