4.5.2 - Canon Mark III tethered FILE NAMING WINDOW???

I've been shooting tethered with Canon 1Ds MarkIII in 4.5.2, using the file naming window to create new folders and file names in the capture dialogue box. Now in the middle of a shoot that naming window suddenly isn't there any more. How can I get that naming function back?

  Right click in the grey area of the Capture tool tab (below the tools) and select the tool you are missing, which is probably Next Capture Naming.
  Next, rearrange the tools to your liking by dragging them up or down with the mouse pointer on the tool title.

  Thanks for that. Can this issue be resolved another way, maybe in the toolbar? Right clicking with my Mac mouse wouldn't work, I had to use the mouse from my WacomTablet. I don't know how I'll fix this situation on my laptop out in the field.

  Found it. Control click works on Mac and MacBook laptops.
