Smart folders and Geo tagging

this is a strang one

I have started to Geo tagging my photos
so i want to use a filter so that they disappear once they have been tagged
but i can't get the filter to work right
if i place it False i get all photos but if if i swap it thru i get nothing
it is this because it is issing altitude

  Okay this has been ongoing for a year now and still no fix
  tell is there any one in here that can geo tag Nikon Raw files and get them to show
  no matter what I do I can not get it to work
  now I am being told that the problem is 10.12 !!!!!
  but the blasted thing didn't work at 10.11
  
  any one having success
  if so please let me know
  I tried Lightroom,HoudahGeo and various other apps but no luck
