MP4 files have no thumbnails
Hello,
I am trying to manage H.264 mp4 files within Media Pro 1.0.1 but I have an issue with thumbnails and media preview.
When I import those files, I only have black thumbnails. When I preview them, Media Pro uses Quicktime to play the files instead of windows media player which is the default mp4 file helper. During the playback when I go back on thumbnails view, there is a playing thumbnail for that particular file (but it disapears as soon as I double-click on another mp4 file!).
Is there a way to manage correctly mp4 files within Media Pro?
Many thanks for your kind help...

Here's 2 printscreens showing the issue:

I have these problems too (MPRO 1.1). Small thumbnail. ExpressionMedia 2 SP2 handled mp4 or another video formats well and created correct thumbnail size.
Windows Vista 64, QuickTime 7.7.1

MP 1.1 : This behavior occurs only if the renering engine is set to Phase One. After witching to the WIC and rebuild items, thumbnails are created correctly. After this I switched back to the Phase One rendering engine. Thumbnails still fine, surprise me that rebuild doesn't destroy thumbnail back to the small sized "spot". 0
