Thumbnail Problems
My Capture One Pro is now virtually unusable because the thumbnails turn into a mess of random colours and shapes whenever I scroll down the screen through the thumnails.
Please help!
Otherwise I will have to go back to Photoshop and try to get my money back...
Thanks

If your system has for some reason corrupted the previews then clear the thumbnails and let Capture One recreate them.
Find your session you are currently working on, Captures are located in the subfolder /Capture/ this has a sub folder called /Capture One Settings/
Move this folder in to trash, open up Capture One again and now the thumbnails will be recreated.
If you are using a Nikon file, open files in the Nikon software and reset settings, otherwise you have to either revert to 3.5.2 or wait for Capture One 3.70 -
Hello,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried this and the same thing happens. It seems to overlay the thumbnails as if thousands of them are tiled at odd angles in the window. When I click on the window it goes back to normal, but it makes it impossible to browse through them.
Best wishes

Could I trouble you with creating a support case at http://support.phaseone.com and attach a screen dump to the case? 0
