Updating "Presets"?

Is updating "User Presets" possible? Coming from Lightroom world, you can use a Preset, makes changes, and then update it with the newly adjusted settings. Great for fine-tuning a good Preset combo. I am only seeing the option to "Save" or "Delete' in Capture One 11. No place to updated or adjust the settings on an existing Preset. Is this possible?

  Yep, just save it with the same name. You'll be prompted if you'd like to overwrite.
