Is the processed state attribute stored within an .EIP?

If my logic is correct, ChronoSync mirroring to a backup will re-sync all .EIPs once they've been processed and that attribute has changed within the file.

Kind of annoying to move all those zeros and ones redundantly, any way around processing an EIP causing it to change the file?
