Mk2 tethered error msg

Try to connect tethered to C1Pro 3.7 and receive error msg -Connection failed Error 0c000080 in camera status window. Any ideas would be appreciated.

  Check to make sure your camera's comminication is set to \"Normal\" and not to \"PTP\". Also, vanblerckphotography has a forum entry that solved a \"fffffdc \" error that jamieg was having. That forum post is called \"Teathered error fffffdc solution!!!\" and it's 3 entries below yours right now.
