Batch Processing Images turn solid black
I batch processed several images and after waiting a good 7 secs for each image to process it completed only to turn all of the image into a solid black useless images. Anyone else have this issue or know why this is happening?

Please update to 7.1.2 😊0 -
Thanks, that seems to have fixed the issue. One thing I noticed is on my Mac Pro vs my iMac the file directory structure is a bit different. Upon install on each computer I left the file folders to how the program originally installed them. Can you explain why the folder structure would be different on separate computers with the same program and version installed. 0 -
Can you be more specific about the file/folder structure you are referring to? 0 -
On the Mac Pro: inside the session folder,-->Output, -->CaptureOne, there are two folders: Cache and settings70
On the iMac: inside the session folder, -->Output, -->CaptureOne, there is just one folder: settings70
So that was confusing to me.
Also can you tell me where I can find the file which stores the changes I make to an image? I'd like to save these changes so I could later apply the changes to future images.0 -

The missing Cache folder will be created if there are images in the Output folder and when you open that folder from within Capture One.[quote="NN891212" wrote:

They are stored in the Settings70 sub folders.0 -
i haven't had such issues, have you tried another image .net sdk for your processing. this is an application that batch process images for you fluently and quickly. it is compatible with any windows systems. give a try. hope it is helpful. 0
