    What are you doing exactly and what is happening? Do you get error messages?

    After entering the licence code, I move on to the profile section where it asks for the email address and password. I enter these correctly but it comes up as invalid. I have been to the FAQ and disabled firewall, enabled pop-ups but still no luck.

    Also, I contacted the support straight after my original post and they have already replied and are looking into my problem. Maybe I should have done this before posting but I never expected such a prompt response from any support site.

    If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

    Support has fixed the problem. Very simple, in the end. Although my profile was active and allowed me access to forum etc., I had never filled in all my required details when registering. Not sure how this happened as I do not remember avoiding the questions. Anyway, as soon as the box for 'country' was filled out, all went smoothly.

    Now to go and learn all the new tools...
