Have you updated to the latest version (11.2.1)?

I have the same problem with C11 Express for Fuji. The only way to recover is to reboot my Mac Pro running Sierra. Pretty much happens every time and that makes the app unusable no matter how good it is at converting raws. Capture One is Version 11.3.1.6

    And your version of MacOS?

It sounds like you should put in a support case, including your log files.

Oh, sorry, yes you had already said Sierra. Support case, I think.

I'm not a Mac user but I seem to recall similar reports when the application has not been installed successfully, sometimes because the full recommended procedure has not been applied for some reason.

    Have you tried a re-install?

i am running v11 11.3.1.6 on mojave 10.14.1 ....i really like the raw conversions but that is the only reason to put up with this....thankfully it is stable during tether sessions but other then that....crashes that take the whole machine down...i even just had a situation when the issue seemed to carry over the force restart....
also: i understand that c1 is the de facto tether software and people are used to work in a certain way, but man, that interface is getting really old....i get it, people want the same thing but (and it pains me to say that) adobe made the break with LR and LR CC shows what can be done.....easy, fast, efficient....yes limited for now but C1 needs to go into this direction...even if all the old guys (and that includes me, in age and in years using C1) will scream....
C1 just feels like added on and added on again...dont know about the underlying code but it seems like it is dragging it down at this point.....just like LR classic...

Mojave isn’t officially supported yet, so it is a case of use it at your own risk.

yes, of course....stable mojave betas and the final release have only been out for a little while (sarcasm) but i guess that goes along with the whole idea that "early" adopters are crazy.....these days are over, every new mac os and iOS version is more stable then the last and there is plenty of time now to prepare....

You might consider signing up for Capture One Beta testing and when the time comes you will get a first look at the new Capture One beta that will likely support Mojave. 😉
