How do I stop my Capture One from openning when I attach a camera or iphone to my computer?? thanks

One of two ways.
1/ In C1 under preferences /General /Importing make sure Open importer... is un ticked
2/ In Image Capture (its in the apps folder) under prefs When a camera is connected.... set to no app.

The second way is most likely to be the one.
